James Cahill has been withdrawn from the BetVictor English Open In Milton Keynes after testing positive for Covid-19.

Cahill was due to play either Neil Robertson or Andy Hicks in the second round, but the winner of that match will now receive a bye.

Cahill was withdrawn from the recent BetVictor European Masters qualifiers after a positive lateral flow test, and subsequently returned a positive PCR test away from the venue.
