A: At usually , we use the import American Ash wood for the cue shaft , and ebony or others for cue butt .
Q: Does your factory accept customize cue ?
A: Yes,of course . just send us detail of the cue that you want to customize . more detail we can communicate on line or send us e-mail .
Q:What is the lead time ?
A: Mostly , the production time we need 40 days at lest , whatever order 1 piece or batch order, except the stock on sale .
Q: What is your payment terms ?
A: T/T or Paypal . 30% deposit in advance and 70% balance before delivery .
Q: What is the trade term ?
A: Usually , For batch order we will offer the FOB . for small quantity order , we will quote ExW -Factory or order online directly .
Q:What is the loading port ?
A: Shenzhen port or Guangzhou port are acceptable .
Q: Do you accept the sample order ?
A: Yes, but we will charge the sample fee and customer need to pay the freight cost . But after confirm the sample and place batch order , we can refund the sample fee to you .
