Received the cue 12 days before the estimated arrival date nicely packaged in a carton box, a layer of foam rubber and a plastic bag. The cue itself is dead straight, nice to the touch and lightweight, definitely lighter than those I used to play with. The case is robust and solid. The package came with some additional accessories: a cue extension, a glove, two pieces of chalk, two extra cue tips and a microfiber cleaning cloth.
All things concidered, I’m very pleased with the product and can recommend the seller.
