Terms of use. Plainly stated.

These terms cover the public site, live and streaming links, news feed, club finder, games, calculators, guides and commercial links.

Last reviewed 21 August 2026

By accessing or using SnookerSite.com, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. Rights and remedies that applicable law does not allow to be excluded remain unaffected.

Independent informational service

Snooker Site provides general sports information, external links, educational content, planning tools and entertainment. It is not a governing body, referee, broadcaster, streaming provider, venue operator, coach, retailer, installer, structural engineer, insurer, law firm or medical provider. Content is not personalised professional advice.

Live information, news and streaming

Match information, headlines, schedules and viewing availability depend on third parties and may be delayed, changed, unavailable or inaccurate. Snooker Site does not rebroadcast matches, guarantee territorial access or endorse unauthorised streams. Confirm an event, time, territory, price and subscription term with the official provider.

Club finder and external maps

Map results and governing-body directories may be incomplete or outdated. A listing is not an inspection, recommendation or guarantee. Contact the venue directly to confirm full-size tables, booking, membership, prices, opening hours, accessibility, safeguarding and age restrictions before travelling.

Calculators, rules and practice

Calculator results depend on the entered information and stated assumptions. Room results are planning estimates and do not verify cabinet dimensions, access, floor capacity, lighting, installation or safety. Rules summaries omit detail and do not override the current governing rules or referee. Practice content is general and should be adapted to ability, venue rules and comfort.

Games

The Break Challenge uses simplified arcade physics and only part of the scoring and foul logic. The quiz is educational and does not resolve formal rules disputes. Local game data may be lost if browser storage is cleared or unavailable.

Purchases, affiliates and external services

Snooker Site does not sell physical products or process external subscriptions. Clearly identified affiliate links may earn a commission. Sellers and service providers control descriptions, prices, stock, tax, delivery, warranties, returns, renewals and transactions. Review their terms and suitability before paying. An external link is not a warranty, guarantee or undisclosed endorsement.

Acceptable use

You may not:

  • use the Site unlawfully or to harm, threaten, deceive or infringe others;
  • attempt to bypass security, interfere with service or introduce malicious code;
  • overload, scrape or automate access in a way that materially disrupts ordinary use or violates third-party rights;
  • misrepresent Site content, remove notices or imply an unauthorised affiliation;
  • copy or republish substantial original content except as permitted by law or written permission.

Intellectual property

Original design, text, tools, game code and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Third-party names, marks, rules, feeds, photographs and linked materials belong to their respective owners. Limited personal, non-commercial use of the Site is permitted; ownership rights do not transfer.

Availability and liability

The Site is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, no warranty is made that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, continuously current or suitable for a particular outcome. Snooker Site may correct, update, restrict or discontinue features.

To the extent permitted by law, the Site and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, lost profit, lost data, third-party transactions, unavailable services or reliance on estimates. Nothing excludes liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.

Applicable law and changes

These terms are subject to the law that validly applies to the Site and the user, including mandatory consumer protections and jurisdiction rights. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. Material changes will be published with a revised review date; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance where law permits.
